  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...PRICE GOUGING!!! I mailed a package from this store which ended up back on my doorstep two weeks later! The young man that prepared my package did not check the box to ensure there were no old labels as he is required to do. As it turned out this package made it all the way to its destination scan and should have them been placed on a truck for delivery. Instead it ended up back with me two weeks after it was sent. The young man working in the store the day I went back with the package, which happened to by the same employee that helped me the day I mailed it, wanted to help me. However, the store manager he contacted was of no help to authorize an override to reship the package free of charge and recommended calling the owner. The owner didn't bother to answer his phone or call back in a timely manner. The cost to send that 4 pound package to Nashville came up at a cost of $40...$20 if I came back with it on Monday! Initially I paid about $12. I ended up taking my package to the post office and paid $13 for a flat rate box...the package arrived two days later to my daughter. I will NEVER walk in this UPS Store again! THIS STORE CHARGES DOUBLE TO SHIP ON SATURDAY!
